The Lee Walker Fitness Academy is here to help you stay motivated, get the results you want and get them on schedule. Every client is individual, and therefore needs a uniquely tailored programme to achieve his or her goals.
Covering Southern Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and parts of Surrey, you can train either in the comfort of your own home, or an outdoor location convenient to you.
Fitness is not just about burning calories and building muscles, it's also about achieving a healthy lifestyle and overall sense of well being. As well as designing your personal workout, we can advise you on diet and nutrition and educate you on how these work together with exercise, so you can reach your goals, and maintain a high level of fitness.
As many of us have busy lifestyles, we will be totally flexible in the way we deliver your programmes, in terms of time, location and frequency. Sessions can be early morning, evenings or in your lunch break and can take place in a gym, in your home or outdoors where a creative programme can be designed.
