Ski Fitness
A ski fitness program should begin a minimum of 4 weeks before you hit the slopes, and ideally around 8 weeks beforehand. The key areas to work on are muscular strength and endurance, especially in the legs, and flexibility, because having a good range of movement in your joints will enable your body to adjust to any sudden changes in your direction and also help prevent injury when you fall.
Aerobic training will enable you to ski longer, as fatigue results in poor concentration ending in injury from crashing.

All sessions will be held at your home and sufficient space will be required, either externally or internally in inclement weather. All exercise equipment and mats will be provided by your trainer.
