TRX
Suspension training is an approach to fitness training that uses a system of ropes and webbing called a suspension trainer. The TRX was developed by a former Navy Seal called Randy Hetrick, and was originally used to keep himself in shape whilst on missions, without having to carry any heavy weights.
Suspension training builds superior muscular balance, joint stability, mobility and core strength, helping you perform better in any sport. Anyone can use the TRX, as the intensity and difficulty levels are controlled by you; exercises can be made harder or easier by changing your stance or the angle of your body.
The best thing I find about using TRX is that it is “All Core, All The Time”. Every move in suspension training, if done properly, works you inner core muscles, so after every session you know you will have received an awesome core work out.
